2048 Fusion is a free browser game offered as it is. Playing it is the whole agreement: there is no account to register, nothing to buy and no subscription. If you do not accept these terms, please close the page.
What you may do
Play the game as much as you like, on any device, for personal or classroom use. Link to it, share it, and use screenshots of your own runs wherever you want. No permission is needed for any of that.
What you may not do
Do not present the game as your own product, sell access to it, or wrap it in advertising and republish it as a separate site. Do not attempt to attack, overload or interfere with the server that hosts it, and do not use automated tools to hammer the page.
Your saved data
Your best scores, your current board and your total merge count live in your own
browser's localStorage, which is described in full on the
privacy page. Nothing is backed up anywhere. Clearing your
browser's site data, switching browsers, switching devices or playing in a private
window will lose those values, and they cannot be recovered.
Availability and changes
The game is provided without any guarantee of availability. It may be updated, moved or taken offline at any time, and a future update may change the difficulty tiers or the format of the saved data, which can reset a saved run.

2048 Fusion is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the game or its use.
